As you arrive at this beautiful home, you will find covered parking for up to 4 vehicles under the home and parking for 2-4 more in the driveway. There is plenty of room in the driveway if you have a trailer or boat trailer. From here you will have immediate access to the ramp which leads to the beach and backdoor of the home or you may enter the home using the stairs on the front.

The home consists of a single-level space featuring a large, open-concept kitchen, living and dining area with 180-degree beach views. The beautifully decorated living area includes a couch, love seat and two accent chairs. The two large tinted, mirrored, one-way 6’x6’ windows allow for spectacular views and give you the feeling that you literally on the water. The well-equipped chef’s kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, double-sink, two dishwashers, built-in microwave, double island, large double-door refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and stand-alone ice maker.
