“Earn More, Get More” Property Management Program Details

After Bella Beach Properties qualifies the vacation rental property for the “Earn More, Get More” property management program, you will simply send us an executed Management Agreement along with an order form.

Standard Furniture Package:
Studio and 1-BR: 32%
2-BR: 30%
3-BR: 30%
4-BR: 28%
5+ BR: 28%

Premium Furniture Package (for select properties):
Studio and 1-BR: 35%
2-BR: 33%
3-BR: 33%
4-BR: 31%
5+ BR: 31%

Management Term: 60 months

Deliveries will take place 30 days after order processing. After Bella Beach Properties receives 30 orders in a month, each additional order will result in delivery for the following week (30 days + a week). Example: Order #29 is placed on 1/1/15. Delivery will be on 2/1/15. Order #31 is placed on 1/1/15. Delivery will be on 2/8/15. Order #61 is placed on 1/28/14. Delivery will be on 3/14/15. We will let you know an estimated delivery date at time of inquiry.

Example: A 2/2 currently generates $25,000 in rental revenue. On a traditional rental program, at 25%, the owner would net $18,750. With minor updates such as new furnishings & bedding, that unit would presumably generate 25% more in rental revenue, putting gross rental income at $31,250. We have case studies that show where two similar units in the same complex (same management company) increased their gross rental revenue by 50% by simply making minor updates and adding new bedding & furnishings!
