Four Seasons of Romar Beach in Orange Beach offers an Escape to Paradise!

The Four Seasons in Orange Beach has the distinctive feature of a (702 ft) pier stretching into Gulf of Mexico. Reserved for residents and guests the pier is perfect for fishing, sightseeing, watching the sun set, or just to relax after a day on the beach. Watch the boats pass by day and the fish gather under the lights at night. You can leave the umbrella behind as the pier also provides great shade if you wish to escape the sun while on the beach.

Four Seasons unit 104 West, is a two bedroom, two and a half bath condo with approximately 1,443 square feet. Located on the ground floor, you will never have to wait on the elevator. Once inside, you will find a luxurious condo, beautifully decorated, with an open floor plan. The well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and seating for four at the bar. A full sized washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. The spacious living area, furnished with two full sized couches and a matching chair, features a wet bar with ice maker and wine cooler.

A large master bedroom features great Gulf views and opens to a private terrace, perfect for morning coffee or happy hour drinks overlooking the water. The huge master bath has a double vanity, jet tub, and walk in shower. The guest bedroom features two full sized beds, flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom. The unit will comfortably sleep 8, making use of the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Four Seasons is comprised of two four-story gulf front towers, building West and East. Amenities of the complex include 24 hour security, large outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness center with new flat screen TV, sauna, and the only private pier on the Gulf of Mexico in Alabama. There is parking for 2 vehicles but for most of the summer, each unit is limited to 1 vehicle. Additional parking is available at our office.
