Grand Point 502 is situated on the 5th floor unit offering stunning views of Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. Sit on the balcony and watch the boats go out in the morning while enjoying your coffee, and watch them return in the evenings with your favorite cocktail! Dolphins love to play in pass so it almost a guarantee that guests will catch a dolphin sighting. The condo is 1250 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 9-foot ceilings. Our kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 4 plus seating for 3 additional guests at the kitchen bar.  We also have a table on the balcony which seats 4. A wet bar is adjacent to the kitchen with a new ice maker, along with a full-sized laundry room with iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a king bed with balcony access, a full-sized dresser for your belongings, and private bathroom. The master bath has a jetted tub with a separate shower, dual-vanity, and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a chest of drawers for clothes storage. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Grand Pointe 502 will comfortably sleep up to six guests if you make use of the sofa-sleeper in the living room. Additional features of the fantastic condo include: new wood-grain tile flooring throughout the common area with carpet in the bedrooms, WiFi, new air conditioner, new furniture, and the entire condo has recently been repainted.

The complex of Grand Pointe 502 offers a large gulf front pool, an indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, exercise room, and a meeting room. There is a ground level restroom near the pool area. The grill area offers 2 gas grills under a covered pergola with seating. Grand Pointe is a private, gated community with coded access, and sits back from the busy boulevard so you never have to deal with any street noise. Bring your fishing rods to fish off of the jetties and your beach gear to use while enjoying the expansive beach!

There are numerous dining, entertainment, and shopping options located within walking distance to Grand Pointe 502. San Roc Cay is located across the street, and offers shopping, night life, 4 restaurants, and fishing charters. The Gulf is a family-friendly beach restaurant located next door and offers sandwiches, salads, tacos, oysters and excellent beverages! The Flora Bama Lounge is a short 2 miles away.
