Situated on the southwest corner of the 10th floor, this unit offers two balconies, both with comfortable outdoor furnishings, to enjoy the most beautiful views. Phoenix II is located directly on the beach in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Amenities include a beach-side pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness room, game room, BBQ grill area, racquetball court, tennis court, on-site security, and so much more.
Phoenix II 2101 is a spacious, nicely appointed, three-bedroom, two-bath unit with tile floors throughout. The living room includes a flat screen TV with DVD player, a CD/iPod player for your entertainment, and a queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests. The kitchen features oak cabinets and new counter-tops, along with new appliances and plenty of kitchen utensils for your cooking pleasure. There is dining table with seating for 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar for additional guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, 32′ flat screen TV with DVD player, 2 dressers, 2 end tables, a walk-in closet, and balcony access. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, dresser, end table and large closet, along with a 32′ flat screen TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, end table, and a flat screen TV. This 1450 square-foot unit can comfortably sleep up to eight guests.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival from the lobby of Phoenix I (located next door to Phoenix II). They cost $25 per vehicle. You are allowed up to two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes are set by the association and are subject to change at any time without notice.
THIS UNIT RENTS BY THE WEEK IN SUMMER SEASON (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY).
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the spring and summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company.
