Located on the 10th floor, the beach views from Regency Isle 1008 are stunning. The expansive balcony, which can be accessed by both the living area and master bedroom, includes a lounger, two chairs, and a table with seating for four. The spacious living area features a wall-mounted, HDTV, couch, and three comfy chairs. The dining area table seats six plus three more at the kitchen bar. Just off the dining area, we have a wet bar with an additional sink and stand-alone ice maker for your convenience. The common area space also has a half bath.

The kitchen area is fully equipped for those who like to cook at the condo. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, tile backsplash, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker.

The master bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, flat screen TV and a private bath with a jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, and double granite vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of closet space and bed-side lamps for reading. With a king bed, queen bed, single bed, and sofa-sleeper in the living area, Regency Isle 1008 can sleep up to seven guests.

This complex offers all of the amenities that you expect from a premier gulf-front resort such as: gulf-side pool and hot tub, indoor pool and hot tub, sauna/seam rooms, fitness room, picnic/cooking pavilion with gas grills, volleyball court and horseshoes. The business center/conference room has internet access and a copier/fax machine available.
